I haven’t had time to write Part 2 of “Just Like A Little Girl” yet,

Monkey at Work

but I have managed to post a new song for your listening pleasure, or pain, depending on what you like.

Or, while you wait, Sacre Bleu! Now you can enjoy revision99 in French!

Larry! Wow. I love the arrangement, the sound, the guitar, all of it. Such a nice sound to it. Bravo, dude.

  2. Larry Jones Says:

Thank you, Shephard. The kind words mean a lot.

  3. Dick The Boomer Says:

Great, Larry! I love the sound. I don’t know how the first recording sounded, but this has such a nice mellow, accoustic feel to it. I think you were right about leaving the phone out.

  4. Larry Jones Says:

Thanks, Dick. The original recording was muffled in a fog of tape hiss and distortion. It was a version only the songwriter could love, but the arrangement was actually mellower and more acoustic. No drums or electric guitar.

  5. DrinkJack Says:

    Beautiful guitar work.

  6. Theresa Says:

    Larry,
You never cease to amaze me. The song is fantastic in every way.
I imagined that you were singing just for me.

  7. Larry Jones Says:

Jack - You flatter me. And please do.

Theresa - Ooh, I love it when you lie to me, baby.

  8. Brent Says:

I like the chorus effect in the song… nice and shimmery. Enviable guitar skills too.
